Papers will
be selected on the basis of technical merit and timeliness. Only
papers not previously published will be accepted, and
the author must agree not to publish elsewhere a paper
submitted to and accepted by the Journal. Transfers
of Copyright must accompany manuscripts submitted to
The Tire Society.
Papers will be considered
as submitted for publication in Tire Science and
Technology , unless released by the Editor. The
Editor is pleased to receive contributions from all
parts of the world. Papers submitted for publication
only in the Tire Science & Technology Journal
may be submitted directly to the Editor.
