a) Accessed via a private username and password.  Includes access to all current and archived journal articles.

b) Retiree / Non-employed and Full-Time Student Member categories require verification of status. Unless your status is already verified, please contact the business office prior to paying dues / fees.

c) The Institutional subscription includes online and print journal.  The online subscription is  conveniently accessed by all individuals working from a single administrative location.  Includes access to all current and archived journal articles.

d) The fee covers attendance for the two-day conference, session break complimentary snacks and refreshments, access to electronic copy of the conference proceedings.  Group discounts are available.

e) Advance registration available online up until one month prior to the conference (midnight  August 17, 2012).  Complimentary first day lunch and award banquet dinner included, registrant to designate attendance to these events.

f) Regular registration available online up until two weeks prior to the conference  (midnight September 3, 2012).  A nominal fee will be charged for first day lunch (US$ 10) and award banquet dinner (US$ 15) if registrant chooses to attend these events.

Journal Hardcopy Back Issue Fees

Hardcopy back issues, if available, may be obtained for a fee of $50 each issue through the Business Office. Individual papers can be obtained through the business office or purchased on-line for a fee of $25.-
