Advance registration
available online up until one month prior to the
conference (midnight August 17, 2012).
Complimentary first day lunch and award banquet dinner
included, registrant to designate attendance to these

Regular registration
available online up until two weeks prior to the
conference (midnight September 3, 2012). A
nominal fee will be charged for first day lunch (US$ 10)
and award banquet dinner (US$ 15) if registrant chooses
